Distributed Ledger Based Vulnerability Database

The aim of this project is to create a distributed database that enables all users to add vulnerabilities under certain criteria when vulnerability comes out. Distributed Ledger based vulnerability database will provide a more secure, accessible convenient and aggregated database for all interested parties about information security.
